Unsuccessful Identity Verification
Overview
This showcase focuses on improving the user experience of an unsuccessful identity verification message. The previous version of the verification message caused frustration among users as they couldn't understand why they were rejected due to insufficient information of the message. Consequently, the operations team had to invest significant effort in resolving and explaining the requirements to have a successful verification. To address this challenge, we revised the content that aimed at providing clear requirements and instructions and also empowering users to self-check their information.
Context & Role
After gathering inputs from various departments that what should be shown to users. As a result, we developed two versions of the message content: one from another department (V.1) and one proposed by myself (V.2).
